Job duties:
Develop Strategic Marketing plans and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives and market trends for Chinese restaurant.
Digital Marketing Initiatives: Design, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and website optimization.
Develop plan for E-commerce utilizing app-based delivery service such as Uber-eat and Door-dash and Grubhub for Chinese restaurant. Develop both short and long-term initiatives to increase revenue, generate foot traffic as well as online traffic and bolster brand awareness
Marketing Analytics of POS (Point Of Sale) data to determine which dishes are most sold, and which dishes yield most profits, when is the most profitable time period etc., to maximize efficiency of menus and personnels.
New Restaurant Development: Lead the development of new Chinese restaurant concepts from ideation to execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations,finance, and design, to ensure successful launch and sustained growth of new ventures. Apply project management skills to establish timelines, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress throughout each phase of development. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
